Why was my Penguin account banned? Can I appeal it?

We take bans and appeals very seriously at Club Penguin Journey. Our team thoroughly reviews all information and chat logs surrounding each ban to ensure fair treatment of our players.
Expedited Appeals
For the fastest resolution to your ban appeal:
- Login to the support site
- Submit your appeal through the support ticket form
Important Information
- You must be logged in to the support site to submit an appeal
- Circumventing the appeal process by using other categories in the support ticket will not be responded to unless you are having trouble accessing your account
- The more specific information you provide about the ban circumstances, the better we can assist you. The less information you provide, the more likely your appeal will be denied.
After Your Appeal
Logged-In Appeals
If your appeal is approved or denied, you'll receive an email notification confirming the status of your appeal
If Your Appeal is Denied
You may re-open your appeal if you still believe you were unjustly banned. If you have a pending appeal you cannot open a new appeal for 3 days
